Ingrédients (pour 12 muffins)
– 60g de beurre
– 200g de farine
– 80g de poudre de noisettes
– 100g de sucre semoule
– 1 sachet de levure chimique
– 2 œufs
– 100g de lait
– 150g de framboises
– 50g de myrtilles
Préparation
– Dans une casserole, faire fondre le beurre à feu moyen et laisser cuire jusqu’à ce qu’il prenne une belle couleur noisette.
– Dans un saladier, mélanger la farine, la poudre de noisettes, le sucre et la levure.
– Creuser un puits et verser les œufs, le lait et le beurre noisette, mélanger.
– Ajouter les framboises et les myrtilles, mélanger délicatement.
– Verser dans des moules à muffins.
– Cuire 25min à 180°C.
