Un gâteau au chocolat original au bon goût de caramel salé, avec une fine croûte et une texture fondante à cœur

J’ai trouvé cette recette dans le livre Les desserts de Bernard mais vous pouvez aussi la retrouver sur son blog ici. Je n’ai pas fait de changement (excepté pour le caramel que j’ai préféré faire à sec), le résultat est parfait!

Temps de préparation : ♦          Difficulté : ♦

Ingrédients (pour 6/8 personnes)

– 3 œufs
– 10g de farine
– 250g de sucre
– 150g beurre salé
– 125g de chocolat noir

Préparation

– Dans un saladier, fouetter les œufs et la farine au batteur pour faire mousser.
– Dans une casserole, faire caraméliser le sucre à sec.
– Lorsque le caramel est prêt, retirer du feu et ajouter le beurre.
– Verser le caramel encore chaud sur le mélange œufs/farine tout en continuant à fouetter doucement.
– Faire fondre le chocolat au bain marie et ajouter à la préparation précédente, mélanger.
– Verser la pâte dans un cercle de 15cm de diamètre chemisé avec du papier sulfurisé
– Cuire 45min à 145°C.
– Laisser refroidir et démouler.
