– 250g de lait
– 1/2 gousse de vanille
– 25g de beurre mou
– 125g de sucre semoule
– 1 jaune d’œuf
– 1 œuf
– 1 pincée de sel
– 1 cuillère à soupe de rhum

Préparation

– Dans une casserole, porter le lait à ébullition avec la gousse de vanille fendue et grattée de ses graines, le beurre.
– Dans un saladier, mélanger le sucre, le jaune d’œuf, l’œuf, la farine et le sel.
– Incorporer le lait chaud et remuer délicatement.
– Ajouter le rhum.
– Laisser reposer 24h au réfrigérateur.
– Préchauffer le four à 250°C, beurrer les moules et les remplir aux deux tiers.
– Cuire 10min à 250°C puis 30min à 180°C.
– Démouler et déguster à température ambiante.
