Ingrédients (pour une dizaine de biscuits)

Pour la pâte sucrée :

– 80g de beurre mou
– 50g de sucre glace
– 30g de poudre d’amandes
– 1 pincée de fleur de sel
– 1 jaune d’œuf
– 110g de farine

Pour la pâte de figues :

– 250g de figues séchées
– 30g de cassonade

Préparation

Pour la pâte sucrée :

– Travailler le beurre afin de le rendre bien souple
– Ajouter le sucre glace, la poudre d’amandes, la fleur de sel et le jaune d’œuf et mélanger afin d’obtenir un mélange crémeux.
– Ajouter la farine et pétrir jusqu’à ce que la pâte forme une boule.
– Laisser reposer 1h au réfrigérateur.

Pour la pâte de figues :

– Réhydrater les figues dans un bol d’eau pendant 3h.
– Égoutter les figues et cuire dans une casserole avec un peu d’eau et le sucre pendant 15min.
– Mixer.
